Sometimes in life we have experiences that lead us to places of confusion, shame, regret, unworthiness, fear, brokenness, emptiness and just an overall feeling of failure. When we make the brave step to ask for help, although scary, that is the first step in choosing ourselves and starting a journey to finding true freedom. I am a licensed clinical social worker offering individual and family therapy for children, teens, young adults, and adults searching for growth and healing. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University School of Social Work in 2016. I have been blessed to gain professional experience working with children of all ages and adults who have experienced trauma.
